How Does It Work ?

Once you have contacted me, we set up a convenient time to meet in the comfort of your home. I will conduct a no-obligation assessment of your needs and desires. On that day we will discuss your likes and dislikes, how you would typically like to eat on a weekly basis, and address any dietary restrictions, food allergies, etc. I will work with you based upon your specific lifestyle. Would you like to eat more vegetarian dishes? Are you trying to eat light or do you prefer more hearty foods? However you choose, I can personalize a menu specific to your tastes and customize portion sizes based on what you want.

After going over pricing and menu options, you can decide if this is the service for you. If so, I can tailor a menu specific to your needs. Then we will set up a convenient cook date upon which I can start preparing meals for you. There is no obligation for you to commit to this service long term.   Because my service is so flexible we can reevaluate your needs on a weekly basis.

On the cook date, I will do all of the shopping and hand select the finest ingredients for your meals. I use local organic ingredients wherever possible.  I will come to your home with my own equipment and prepare the recipes you have selected. The time I spend in your house will vary depending upon which menu items and plan you select. On average, 3-6 hours per visit is a good estimate. Once all your meals are prepared, I will pack them off in your own containers, and properly store them with heating instructions. I am a certified safe food handler, so you can be assured that all the food preparation and storage will be done in strict accordance with health board regulations. I will leave your kitchen cleaned and filled with wonderful aromas of your evening's dinner. All you will need to do is heat and eat!
